Hometown Direct Primary Care is a new medical office committed to giving personal and compassionate care to patients at every stage of life.  By partnering directly with the patient (instead of an insurance company), we  can provide excellent medical care with less wait times, longer appointment slots, and greater patient satisfaction.  We strive to create a personal relationship with every patient because we understand you are so much more than a chart!  Our office provides both wellness services and chronic disease management (like diabetes and hypertension), in addition to a variety of in-office procedures, care coordination, and acute visits.  See the "About Us" page for more information about Dr. Rambeau's background and education.

Direct primary care is an emerging healthcare delivery model in which the traditional "fee-for-service" insurance billing is replaced with a membership-based monthly or annual fee paid directly from the patient to the physician.  DPC benefits the patient by providing substantial financial savings and offers greater access to the physician.  DPC allows physicians to care for patients with very little influence or interference by insurance companies.  Benefits to the physician include more time with patients, reduced office overhead and less administrative paperwork.  These changes lead to better patient care and improved satisfaction for both the patient and the physician.  Direct primary care allows the physician to partner closely with patients and focus more attention on patients and their health!
