Hometown DPC understands that traditional insurance can be very expensive, and many small companies simply cannot afford to offer insurance plans to their employees. Consider providing memberships to our office to provide your employees with quality primary care services (preventative care, sick visits, and chronic disease management) at a fraction of the cost! Employers (including spouse/family) receive free memberships, and there are additional discounts based on the number of employees covered. Hometown DPC also includes CDL/DOT exams with memberships at no additional charge, and enrollment fees are waived.
